This page sets out all the rules, conditions, and policies for using the tjbd platform in full — please read carefully.

These terms and conditions have been reviewed most recently. If you continue using this platform, you are considered to have agreed to the current terms.

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tjbd ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of this platform ("User", "you"). By accessing or using the platform through the tjbd website, app, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

tjbd is an online gaming and entertainment platform that offers casino games, sports betting, slot machines, live dealer games, and other entertainment activities for players in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that online gaming is an entertainment activity and that it carries financial risk.

Important Note: These Terms may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review the Terms before each login. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, all legal interpretations and dispute resolutions related to the platform will be governed by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the tjbd platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account on the tjbd platform and participate in any gaming activity, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You must play under your own name and on your own account — operating on behalf of or for a third party is not permitted.
  • You must maintain only one account on the platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You must confirm that your account has not previously been cancelled or banned for any reason.
  • You must be of full mental capacity and must not be subject to any court order relating to gambling or gaming.
Warning: If we determine that a user created or is operating an account while underage, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

tjbd may request an identity document or other supporting documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on tjbd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.2 Login Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect that someone has gained access to your account information, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

  • tjbd will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Each account is for one individual; members of the same household may use separate accounts.
  • Keeping account information up to date is the user's own responsibility.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, tjbd may carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may require copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved documents. Withdrawal access may be limited until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the tjbd platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

  • Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your gaming account instantly.
  • If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.
  • If a transaction fails, notify support before attempting a duplicate payment.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from tjbd is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • If fraud is suspected, tjbd reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳10,000 in bets.

Bonus Calculation: A deposit of ৳42,000 reaches the maximum bonus cap — bonus ৳20,000, total balance ৳62,000. Depositing more than ৳42,000 will not increase the bonus beyond ৳20,000.
  • The bonus applies once only — each user will receive one welcome bonus.
  • Bonuses may have a specific expiry period before use — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Winnings earned with a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.

5.3 Other Promotions

tjbd may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own rules and conditions, which will be described on that promotion's page. If there is any inconsistency between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion will take precedence.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the tjbd platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

  • There is no possibility of manipulating game outcomes — each result is determined entirely at random.
  • If your internet connection drops during a game, the result of that round will be determined automatically.
  • If there is a dispute over a game result, tjbd's records will be considered final.
  • If an incorrect amount is displayed due to an error, tjbd reserves the right to determine the correct amount.
  • tjbd bears limited liability for losses caused by software errors or technical issues during a game.

For sports betting, the official results of the relevant sports authority will be used to determine outcomes. If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be declared void and the stake will be returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tjbd platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination, forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action:

  • Creating and operating multiple accounts by a single individual.
  • Placing strategically planned bets to exploit bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
  • Exploiting any error, vulnerability, or bug in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using computer software, bots, scripts, or automation technology to play games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
  • Creating or operating an account using a false identity.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities with other users.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or carrying out cyberattacks.
Warning: We use advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. We reserve the right to take immediate action if any prohibited activity is detected.

8 Responsible Gaming

tjbd believes in responsible gaming, and the mental and financial well-being of our users is very important to us. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should never be considered a source of income.

  • Only play with money you can afford to lose.
  • Take regular breaks and set limits on the time and money you spend on gaming.

10 Limitation of Liability

The tjbd platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however tjbd does not accept responsibility in the following cases:

  • If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical failure.
  • For delays or issues with a third-party payment provider's service.
  • If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.
  • If account information is exposed due to the user's own negligence.
  • For the failure of any system or software outside the platform.

In any circumstance, tjbd's total liability will be limited to the actual balance currently held in the user's account.

11 Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by tjbd

tjbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of the Terms is violated.
  • If registration using false information is proven.
  • If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
  • Due to legal obligations or government directives.
  • If the account remains inactive for a long period (generally more than 12 months).

11.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Complete any ongoing wagering conditions and transactions before closing your account. Even after the account is closed, the user retains the right to withdraw any earned and withdrawable funds.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We always try to resolve disputes amicably.

  • Complaints should be raised as soon as possible, within 30 days of the incident.
  • After receiving a complaint, the support team will begin an investigation and respond within a reasonable time.
  • During the investigation, the relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended.
  • tjbd's decision in resolving a dispute will be considered final, unless proven otherwise through a legal process.

13 Changes to Terms

tjbd reserves the right to amend, update, or change these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will try to notify users as early as possible — however, immediate changes may also take effect if required by legal obligations or security reasons.

If you continue to use the platform after updated terms are published, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.
